Shipping Policy

At Ayoun Zellige, we take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted artwork to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Each piece is individually wrapped and secured in custom packaging designed specifically for delicate zellige artwork.

We ship worldwide and use reputable shipping partners with experience in handling fragile art pieces. All shipments are insured for the full value of your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific items ordered. Here are our estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Morocco: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • North America: 10-18 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 14-21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-28 business days

Please note: Custom orders have different timeframes, which will be discussed during your consultation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Due to the unique nature of our products, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

For orders over $2,000, we offer free shipping to select destinations. Please contact us for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

We declare all items at their full value and comply with all international shipping regulations. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue merchandise on customs forms.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before accepting delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, you may either refuse the delivery or note the damage when signing for it.

We recommend unpacking your zellige artwork immediately and inspecting it carefully. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@ayounzellige.com.
