Our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

At Ayoun Zellige, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted artwork. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Standard Collection Items

For items from our standard collections:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and administration.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging.

Custom Orders

For custom-designed or made-to-order items:

  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • We work closely with clients throughout the design and production process to ensure the final product meets expectations.
  • Approval of designs and specifications is required before production begins, and we provide updates throughout the creation process.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim for damaged items, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging showing any damage
  • A description of the issue

Please email this information to support@ayounzellige.com. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items from our standard collections within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at support@ayounzellige.com to request an exchange
  2. Return the original item in its original condition and packaging
  3. Pay any difference in price if the exchanged item is more expensive (we will refund the difference if the new item is less expensive)

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

For approved returns, we refund the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
